KidsKlover는 아동이 직접 민감한 개인정보를 제공하지 않도록 설계하고, 보호자가 관리할 수 있는 방식으로 서비스를 제공합니다.
1. 아동 정보 처리 원칙
아이의 실제 얼굴, 주소, 전화번호 같은 민감한 정보 입력을 요구하지 않습니다.
동화 만들기 메모에 개인정보가 포함될 경우 제작 과정에서 줄이거나 제외할 수 있습니다.
가족 목소리는 보호자가 선택해 등록하고 동화 낭독에 사용합니다.
말하기 놀이는 아이가 마이크에 말한 짧은 음성으로 발음만 확인합니다. 녹음 파일은 저장하지 않고 연습 결과만 보호자 계정에 남깁니다.
발음평가 원본 음성은 Microsoft Azure Speech에 실시간으로 전송해 메모리에서 처리하며 목소리 복제, AI 창작물 생성, 광고 또는 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
보호자가 가족 목소리 기능을 요청한 경우에만 동의받은 음성 샘플과 낭독 문장을 Alibaba Cloud의 Qwen 음성 합성 서비스(싱가포르 리전)로 전송할 수 있습니다.
아동에게 부적절한 표현, 위험한 행동, 외부 연락 유도는 필터링 대상입니다.
2. 보호자 권리
보호자는 앱 내 설정 또는 문의 이메일을 통해 아동 관련 정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. KidsKlover는 본인 확인 후 합리적인 기간 내 처리합니다.
3. 안전한 이용을 위한 안내
보호자는 아이가 실명, 주소, 전화번호, 학교명, 얼굴 사진 등 개인을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 입력하지 않도록 도와주세요. KidsKlover는 아이의 상상력을 안전한 이야기로 바꾸는 데 필요한 최소한의 정보만 사용합니다.

KidsKlover Children's Privacy Notice
KidsKlover is designed so that children are not asked to provide sensitive personal information directly and so that a parent or guardian can manage the service.
1. How We Handle Children's Information
We do not require a child's actual face, address, phone number, or similar sensitive information.
If a story-creation note contains personal information, we may reduce or remove it during production.
A Family Voice is registered by a parent or guardian and used for story narration.
Speaking practice uses a short recording only to assess pronunciation. The recording file is not stored; only the practice result remains in the parent account.
The original pronunciation recording is sent to Microsoft Azure Speech in real time and processed in memory. It is not used for voice cloning, AI content creation, advertising, or AI model training.
Only when a parent or guardian requests Family Voice may an approved voice sample and narration text be sent to Alibaba Cloud's Qwen speech-synthesis service in the Singapore region.
Inappropriate language, dangerous behavior, and attempts to direct a child to outside contact are subject to filtering.
2. Parent or Guardian Rights
A parent or guardian may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of child-related information through in-app settings or the support email. KidsKlover processes the request within a reasonable time after identity verification.
3. Guidance for Safe Use
Please help the child avoid entering identifying information such as a legal name, address, phone number, school name, or face photo. KidsKlover uses only the minimum information necessary to turn a child's imagination into a safe story.
