KidsKlover 사용자는 앱 내 설정 또는 문의 이메일을 통해 계정 삭제와 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
1. 앱에서 삭제하는 방법
KidsKlover 앱을 엽니다.
설정 화면으로 이동합니다.
계정 삭제 메뉴를 선택합니다.
안내 내용을 확인한 뒤 삭제를 진행합니다.
2. 이메일로 요청하는 방법
앱 접속이 어렵거나 삭제가 정상적으로 진행되지 않는 경우, 가입 이메일 또는 본인 확인이 가능한 정보를 포함해 kstudyaiworld@gmail.com 으로 요청해 주세요.
3. 삭제 또는 접근 제한되는 데이터
계정 정보, 프로필, 알림 설정
가족 목소리 샘플, KidsKlover에 저장된 목소리 프로필 정보와 Alibaba Cloud Qwen에 등록된 원격 음성 프로필
AI 동화 만들기 신청 정보와 결과물
퀴즈 및 동화 이용 기록
가족 목소리 프로필을 삭제하면 KidsKlover 저장 데이터 삭제와 함께 외부 음성 합성 서비스에 등록된 해당 음성 프로필 삭제도 요청합니다. 기술적 처리 또는 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 경우에는 그 범위와 기간을 최소화합니다.
4. 보관될 수 있는 데이터
법령상 의무, 결제 및 환불 처리, 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 방지를 위해 필요한 최소 기록은 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다. 보관 기간이 끝나면 삭제 또는 익명화합니다.

KidsKlover Account and Data Deletion
A KidsKlover user may request account and data deletion through in-app settings or by email.
1. Delete in the App
Open the KidsKlover app.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the notice and confirm deletion.
2. Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app or deletion does not complete normally, email kstudyaiworld@gmail.com from the sign-up email address or include information that allows us to verify the account.
3. Data Deleted or Access-Restricted
Account information, profiles, and notification settings
Family Voice samples, voice-profile information stored by KidsKlover, and the remote voice profile registered with Alibaba Cloud Qwen
AI story requests and generated results
Quiz and story usage records
Deleting a Family Voice profile deletes the corresponding KidsKlover data and requests deletion of the profile registered with the external speech-synthesis service. If technical processing or a legal retention duty applies, we minimize the scope and period.
4. Data That May Be Retained
Minimum records may be retained for the period necessary to comply with law, process payments and refunds, handle disputes, and prevent misuse. They are deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
